I really like this name however I am hesitant to spend time developing it as I am afraid of Uncle Ruperts henchmen attacking me. Am I free and clear to use this name?

What do you guys think of it as like a fansite or something??

If you promote it as a non-profit FoxNewZ organisation - probably not. But the domain's nice, so they may not give a spit on th content, and steal the domain :]

What is so GREAT about this name besides the fact that it contains a TM.... I dont get it... you should be able to find something avail. with "News" in it, Fox isnt the only one who reports the News, why limit your content.

Yeah Right - IF Only the world worked liked that.

I had a kind of deal with Hilary Duff's management for a site, it went bad and they wanted nothing to do with the fansite I made - ironically, the fan-site is doing pretty good today - with just over 2500 members (growing @ 20-40 per day now!)

i hear you on that tippy but the thing is i work for foxnews and i wanted a domain name i could use that sounded very much like it to make for colleagues and friends etc etc etc. didnt really have major ideas for it rather than fun and maybe even develop even further into a possible fan site. i guess i could really get smoked, i could get sued and fired. DAMN. maybe i will run the site under an alias.
