hi,
thanx for everyone for replying to my pervious posts.your views helped a lot!!
here is another question i have.this might have been dealt with in the past , i searched the previous threads but couldnt land on the right one.
lets say i find an end-user who is interested to buy my domain (i have not found one , just a situation).he is ready to buy my domain for a moderately huge sum .how do u transfer the domain to him? do i use an escrow service?

are all the domain sales done via escrow? or is there anyother secure way to exchange the domain for cash where both the parties are not cheated.

what is the most famous mode of payment? paypal?

I think for big sales Escrow is preferred, the best thing would be to give the end user, buyer, all available options and allow them to choose which they are comfortable with.

I would definitely use escrowing services for big transaction! It would both give you and your buyer reassurance!

yup paypal for under $XXXX and escrow for the higher ones check out both of their sites for more info.

I totally agree with this advice!

Offer payment options..

Escrow is an excellent secure payment provider. I recently used escrow for a domain sale.. my first using escrow.. and was quite satisfied with their professional communications & their timely sending of funds. My buyer paid all escrow fee's.. which was nice.... and they are minimal IMO..
