I don't know if anyone has tried Forumer they offer free forums and blogs. (Free Invision Board hosting & Free PHPBB hosting). I see alot of you are looking for no-ads the PhpBB comes with no ads and you can gain fbuck$ by posting at the support forum which enable you to take the ads off your forum.
