Forum review

First off, yes, I am aware there isnt anything really new on the forum. But i guess you can only do so much with a forum in a short amount of time...

Anyway, I am asking for feedback more for the forum skin, logo and section layout. I am trying to make like a tech support community and am trying to give it a professional sort of style.

I really like the style and look of it. Awesome. The one thing I don't like is the first screen that you have to click to get to the forum. Just add that info to the forum page and it would be much better. I always like to just get straight to where goods are.

Hmm look ok.......Kinda.

Id think about using colors and images to give it a unique and modern look. PCs update daily, the designs are always getting better, anything to do with PCs should stay up to date with the look of them.

I don't like the logo. The entire layout is simple, and I like there to be something that stands out. The format is pretty good, but I think you're starting out with way too many forums. The buttons/icons are good though!

I agree, the header is too plain. I think a new logo that is more eye catching would be good. Good start though.

I'm into clean and minimal, but feel the right side of the header is saying that something is missing. Maybe a logo that merges the initials and stays consistent w/ what's you've already got going. (BTW, was the logo generated from an existing font or did you build it from scratch- I like the look). I agree that it needs to get out of the monotone and could use some color. Keeping in mind that I favor minimalism, simplicity, and restraint (wherever it can be used, and isn't impractical or working against the site's purpose), I would be very selective in it's use and apply only a dash here and there, ie if you did use the .com in the header, give the dot some color, (maybe a burgundy or even a burnt orange and than pick it up again w/ seperators and/or bottom links. But that's just my2c and from my POV.

The skin looks good, IMHO but I think you have a little too much free space in the right area of your header.

Now all you have to do is get some members and start posting
