Obviously I am open to offers, however, high $xxx - low $xxxx is the sort of range I am looking for.

The reason for this is, not only does it include many custom aspects (template, logo, banners, etc.) and vbseo, but if I were to suddenly put a PPC template where it was, I would receive a lot of revenue (because it currently has a very low CTR). Also, with the hacks, etc. already installed, I believe this forum would sell for a fair amount even as new.

Similarly, the potential of the forum is extremely high indeed.
