The name is a bit long, but it does spell out - literally - a state wide business. I think of real estate sales here. You could build out a niche Directory, or contact the biggest/most ambitious real estate agent in Utah and sell it. Is it worth $6? Yeah, easy.

Easily worth reg fee.. maybe a regional classifieds site or real estate (as has been suggested). I'm a big supporter of regional domains.. in the right hands this could be a money maker.
