Normally I wouldn't go for a .cc, but in this case it's appropriate, as in "forms. carbon copy".

Better developed, but still nice with real potential.. maybe as a turnkey legal forms website such as that from Prozilla?

.cc are really tough sales. Even the strongest keywords with the highest search numbers ever don't sell too good. You can find a bunch listed on Sedo.
