I did not make my mind what to do with it, if building a site or resell it for the right price.

But I think it would be a great domain for Formatting Hard Disks, Formatting Text etc

IMO not worth selling without development. Maybe mid xx range to reseller but the good keyword will increase the value plenty if developed.
