hi all heres my problem:
I have a website that sells legal forms i want to make the forms (HTml) customizable by being able to add information to certain spots after i have the customer anwser questions, basically i want the site ot be fully automated by having the script ask the customer the needed info to fill out the form. also if i can find a script that i can customize to each form, (i got like 1200 forms) that would be great.

if possible i would like to have the owner purchase the form then when the email , with the link to the form gets sent to them they can fill out the form using the program. so there is no exchange of personal information given by the customer
