If the developer is thinking in terms of a forum or a blog, then s/he wouldn’t pay much. Domains names related to finance and foreign exchange have some greater value. Dot net is preferred in the Far Eastern countries. My appraisal was based on the above factors. In my opinion, instead of developing a forum or blog, develop a proper site for foreign exchange or sell it to someone who does business in that line.
