Retail, not bad... low-mid $xxx, but somebody that wanted it, (eg. the discovery channel or somethin), very good then - high $xxx, low $x,xxx. Nice name!

I think it's a pretty easy name to spell. I also think that it fits the extension well. There are a lot of shows dealing with the subject.
It would be nice if there was a channel that was dedicated to that type of show and nothing else.
If that were the case, I would say mid $xxxx or more if they were interested in it.. but until then you may run across a "forensics" fan that wants to make a site about all the shows that are out there.. you might get mid to high $xxx, I would think.
I think it's worth keeping until you get a decent offer.

Heh...Forensics-related TV shows are so hot that I'm willing to bet that a new cable TV channel dedicated to forensics shows will debut in the near future. TV is so profitable that even the most obscure niche cable channels actually thrive and make good money, so I should think that a forensics channel--hardly an obscure topic--is on the way.

I'm thinking about developing the name into a forum, that is if I can find some way of making it pay (like affiliate links to forensics DVD's, etc.)

I think you're right. I bought InvestigativeTV.com a while back, not near as good as yours, but a good name for a channel that would show things like Investigative Reports, Unsolved Mysteries, etc...
