A search on namebio.com reveals that

FreedomFromForeclosure.com sold for $360 in June 06

Which gives us a fair estimate of the value of weaker foreclosure domain names (as its a relatively recent sale)

Because the freedomfromforeclosure is a better term (even though longer) I would value yours less than this amount. I would guess the value to be less than xxx - probably in the $20-30 range.
