I just purched this domain at auction this morning and am waiting for it to transfer into my account. I am new to Domaining and would like to know what you guys think is a good evaluation.

What's ForBuyers.com for?

I've owned ForColleges.com for a few years. Still no offers. Not promoting my own domain here, but my point is that "For" + Keyword domains are unlikely to attract much attention.

ForBuyers.com suggests a buying guide or review site. As such, there is some potential value -- maybe up to $5k to $10k in a best-case scenario.

That said, you may wait years without offers. And your few inquiries may come from people with lower budgets. The internet is full of review sites and guides, and buyers have many options apart from ForBuyers.com.

I think conservative pricing would be to attach a list price anywhere between $750 and $2,500.

Wholesale (i.e. domainers) probably won't rise above low $xxx.
