I'm selling a reasonably developed website and forum, located at http://kosmictech.com/. This is an ideal start-up site, as all it needs is some advertising, and some regular-posting members!

The sale includes the Invision Power Board 2.2.1 licence, files, and database, plus the skins, and anything else you can see. The domain is registered with NameCheap, and expires 28th April 2007. The IPB licence (Yearly Licence) expires 28th November 2007.

The "buy it now" price is $250 USD. Payment is to be made via PayPal only, to a Verified Non-US Member Account. Near offers may be accepted, please PM me if you'd like to offer a similar price, or have any questions.
