allsecurebilling.com was used when I was in the web hosting business. It's a great domain name for a hosting company who runs multiple hosting sites but would like to have all of thier clients access only one billing site. This also makes managing one billing system easier as apposed to multiple systems on various sites.
I had also used billing systems like modernbill or clientexec and you only need one billing system license when using mutiple hosting sites. I did this with both systems and used custom templates so each set of order links matched the correct site layout during the ordering process.
