I see the idea, but it looks way to unfinished to sell. Maybe design it with a navbar, or have a little more definition to it. Also you need a better color scheme, I dont see the green, blue, yellow, and orange going well together.

It looks like you just used the marequee tool a bunch of times on some defualt shapes. I dont think a laptop selling company, or anyother electronic company for that matter would want this layout yet. But i'm sure if you add some more things to it, and spicen it up, you will be able to sell it much easier. Also that blue box looks kinda chizzled on the edges. Back to the drawing board on this one!
