My base price is $175 for vBulletin skinning This will get you customized header, footer, forum home, showthread, postbit and CSS additions. Depending on work flow the usual turn around time is 2-3 days.

Web design and Graphic design prices vary depending on your requirements.

CMS skinning is $150.
