Football Website - Designer/Coder wanted - $800

Hi,

I'm not programming-literate by any stretch of the imagination, I know basic XHTML and CSS, but that's about as far as my skills stretch. So, I have no idea really what kind fo software or programming knowledge is required for this project I'm planning - nonetheless, I'm hoping to find someone I can hire to design a functioning website in accordance with my specifications.

This is a fairly sizeable project, by my estimations. I'm looking for a CMS solution.

The basic idea is to create a soccer website where users can contribute content across different clubpages. I don't want to reveal too much in this post, but to anyone interested in tendering a bid, please PM me and I will send you an eight page outline on what I would like to see created. The lowest quality bid will be accepted.

I'm looking for personal references and strong portfolios. The deal can be improved by introducing certain share options into the deal, for instance a percentage of all first year sales made through the website etc (if necessary). Before I release any details on the project I will need to see references and/or previous work. Please PM for more info.

Hi all,

I've not been on here in a while - I've been searching high and low for a designer - and I've logged on to an inbox full of unread messages, so apologies for that.

Here's the lowdown: the project is back to the planning stage, AGAIN! Simply put, $800 is not enough to fulfill the needs of the project and the specifications I've got set down, and so far I've been very uninspired by some of the offers/proposals I've received from sites like GetAFreelancer.

Since I'm going back to the beginning it will probably be around 3 months before I'm ready to begin accepting bids on the project again. The specifications for the project will be very detailed, I'm using a wireframe to construct a basic layout (not design), and I'm looking for a designer/coder to make the site a reality.

My ideal offer will come from a team of designers or an individual who can turn the project round in a timeframe of upto 3 months. I'm looking for a strong design and a customised CMS solution.

If you want a better idea of what the project entails then please send me a PM. But please be aware this is a sizeable project and I'm putting a lot of my resources behind it so I'm expecting top quality and a strong portfolio of RELEVANT work. My ideal is a design team based in the UK (I am looking to arrange a face-to-face meeting), but I would be willing to outsource overseas to the right team and for the right price.
