Fonts Question in Logo Design!!

Hello all,

Being a student with limited funds I don't have the money to be spending $100 a time on Font packages for use of logo design. So, I have a few questions below...

Are there any fonts that are FREE to use for commercial use on the Internet?

Does anyone know where fonts can be purchased at very low prices and whats the best deals?

What pre installed fonts are FREE to use from Windows OS?

How ever many as you want but I believe the more you have the longer photoshop takes to load because it loads the fonts.
