Hmm, it reminds me of Trebuchet MS, but i'm not too sure...

Sorry to be off topic, but I have finally met someone from idaho over the internet! Eh, I live near idaho city.. Go to work/school in boise..

You could try modifying Trebuchet MS to meet your needs. It seems to be almost the same.
