Hmm the domain could probably rank for "fly fishing resort" or something similar, that is the only thing I would (personally) use it for. If I was looking to build up a site using those keywords, I probably wouldn't mind shelling out something around $50 USD for it, but then again I'm pretty new at this domain flipping thing (however I am pretty experienced in SEO).
If you no plans to develop this domain I think you should consider CrimsoniteX's offer. In today's current market you would probably not get much more at auction.
Is it possible to flip .coms ? I thought you had to hold them for 60 days before being able to sell.
Its registered at godaddy by the way.
Sorry, I know this is the appraisals section - I'm used to dealing with .co.uks, which you can sell immediately, and just wondered if it's possible with .coms.
Sorry no, I was just being hypothetical
You have to wait the 60-days to transfer the domain (from what I understand), however you can "push" the domain to another godaddy account for free. So if you list it on an auction site (like ebay) just say something like "free push to godaddy account within 24-hours of payment", or something like that.
Thanks for explaining about the 'free push' - it's great they allow you to do that then.
Oh, good luck with Pet-Rat. Hyphen aside, pet rats are just so popular. I quite fancied one myself but I've actually got 2 stunning pet boa constrictors - so perhaps it wouldn't work out !
Cheers.
Steve.

I also picked up FlyBeach.com.
I was checking recent 'Fly' sales on Dnsaleprice.com and was really surprised to see the following fairly recent .com sales amongst many others -
