Would appreciate your appraisal thoughts on these two domains.

I was thinking of trying my hand at selling 'fluplanning.org' on eBay and see what happens. FLU PLANNING

And 'AALA.com' AALA.com recently recieved a bid of $3,000 via a Sedo listing. But for some reason I've not heard back from the bidding party.
