More or less, yes.
Unless you have absolute premium keywords (even then I don't guarantee a fast, easy and highly lucrative sale) and the occasional fluke.

I agree with sdsinc on this one. You have to have a super premium keyword to obtain any value in this extension. For example, I recently had interest in one of my premium .mobi names. I offered it to them for mid $xx just to get rid of it. No sale. And this was a very nice keyword. So Im convinced .mobi sales are now a shot in the dark. IMHO
