In my opinion, there's no money here, sorry. Too long, very narrow market. Perhaps maybe a blog or a small business would take it? I would be very happy if I could get anything above 40$. The first offer, if any, take it.

I have sold a couple domains in this field before, but mainly when it comes to massive cities like New York. It would be better if it was a massive targeted city than a state.

You might find an end user willing to pay $XXX, but there are also terms like Dog Walkers, Dog Walking, etc.
