So I received an interesting email today from Flippa, Its weekly website auction advertising. Something immediately caught my attention. Note that it's revenue is from Google adsense not from Netflix affiliate. How does the business generate revenue? Google Adsense 70% VPN affiliate deals 30% How is this possible? A blatant use of a trademark name selling on a public auction with 23 bids sitting at $7,500. If this is allowed I could buy 200 trademark domains today install a rss feed with adsense and literally flip them on flippa. Should this be allowed? Does flippa have any legal obligation to remove tm domain names from their auction platform? Would love to read your thoughts on this matter. P.s if I placed this post in the wrong section, I'm sorry.
