Flicktion !

A new term, a new hype:

Flicktion is a basically a photo-story-blog. Here is a sample:

It seems it is getting quite popular, OVT is 341, 15k Google hits: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&client=opera&rls=en&hs=zBu&q=flicktion&btnG=Search . And a dedicated site: www.flicktion.net

Personally i find much more sense in this than in Blooks. There are more and more digital cameras selling, plus nearly all new mobiles have a camera built in, basically soon nearly everyone is going to have a camera with them at any time of the day at any place.

Many major extensions are not yet registered: .org, .de etc.

Have you even looked at Flicktion.net? Theres nothing there. Jush jiberish from a template. Where are you getting this term from? I havnt heard a word about it.

There was an article about someone inventing a new word not long ago. Something about photos from flickr.com, something like that. google flickr.com and flicktion.

Given my lack of patience with 'blook', I didn't follow up on flicktion....

flicktion is an ugly one, far uglier than blook (which has been a letdown if I'm not mistaken).
