Flash / xml / php / Mysql developer needed

I am looking for a developer to help me complete a project

xml
mysql

I need to customise a current flash shopping cart

I want the abilty for public users to signup on my website and be able to create their own shopping cart from the 1 swf source, the data is XML so it will need some way to write new XML files for each user.
