Flash intro problem...sum more

Ok i would lik to thank Mr. Websites for trying 2 help me and giving me that usful info...unfortunatly i have no idea where to put that. i am not sure how to use the scripting....and also i dont know what is ment my "your flash code" lol i have no idea what my flash code is...like is it the name of the file....or....sumthing? ahhh im so cofused

i wish i were better at all this stuff...but im not... all i ever make is like stick figure movies and stuff and i have never needed and action scripting b 4. so yeah if Mr. Websites reads this then he will understand what im talking about...i hope.... lol thanx for your help

ok just so i dont end up freaking out later... where exactly would i put this info? in flash...or frontpage...and whereabouts in the program. like if its in flash would it be in the actions/browser/network thingy? i am so sorry for being so difficult.

ok thanx 4 ur help it all seems 2 be working fine....but now arises another problem.... ok i have been designing the Sciencetrek and mathtrek sites for them... when i started the mathtrek site i made it out of the sciencetrek 1....like u know how instead of starting new...u just delete the 1st page and paste the stuff on.... well it also kept the folders in the folder section (microsoft frontpage) i was getting annoyed because it was so cluttered....so i deleted the folders off of frontpage not realizing that it would delete them off the computer indefinatly.... umm now im stuck with no finished sciencetrek files except for my ORIGINAL backup copy...which is very raw and unfinished....i was wondering if there would be a way 2 get there files back? they arnt in the recyacle bin and i have no idea what 2 do...if the site ever needs fixing im ****ed. (pardon the language)

thanx 4 ur help, actually i found another way. i use Smart FTP to put the files and crap on the site, if u have ever used this program u will know that it takes all the files and copies them onto the internet so i figured....hell if i can give the files 2 it, why not try to let it give the files to me. so i tried it and after about 3 atempts and an hour waisted i finally got all the files back. now i know never 2 delete anthing ever again. lol
