Flash Help

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone could point me to a tutorial or help me out in duplicating the effect on this page: http://www.oceantemp.com

When you drag the mouse over the image on that page it makes a ripple in the image that follows the cursor. I am trying to duplicate that effect on an image I have. If anyone can help me with this that would be great.

Yeah, I'm just wondering if it can be done in flash, if not does anyone know where I can find a Java tutorial for this?

It can be done in Flash with masks and a mouse trail. There are two tutorials I came across which should point you in the right direction.
