Flash Game Site Custom CMS - Quotes?

Ok so I'm currently thinking about the idea of getting a custom cms for my flash game site.

What I will be doing is making the design myself (Main site & Admin panel) and then get somebody to make the CMS for that design.

The navigation will contain these links:
Home | Top 10 Games | Action| Adventure | Sports | Shoot’em Up | Puzzle | Other Games | Bookmark Us | Send To A Friend | Link To Us | Contact Us

On Front page must show top 10 most played games.

The CMS must create a completely new page when a new game is added. When a user plays a game beneath the game must be the description of the game, the controls of the games and then links to share on Digg.com and Del.icio.us.

The admin panel will obviously use MySQL to store the data. All I want to have to do to add a new game is fill out a form with Game Name, Link to swf, Description, Controls and the Digg.com and del.icio.us links and then the script do the rest to create the new page.

So I'm looking for quotes. Remember I will be doing the design so you only have to be a good coder. I am looking for people with high quality skills and lot's of experience. Nobody new.

One last thing is that I'm not looking for this to be made for a while yet. I might not start getting it made until the end of next month. So I'm just looking for quotes ATM.

The better the quote the more soon I will start this project.

i would reccomend buying a script and customizing it. there are a lot of scripts out there that have just about every feature you could ever want and most are easily customizable to make them look unique. custom scripts cost a lot, so i'd reccomend going the cheaper route and buying a premade script enless you have a big budget for the site.
