Requirements for project

must be able to display moving text (Keywords for example ) various directions and locations size is 600x220 < this may change , the designer must place 20 keywords in to a txt file located on seperate lines located in the same folder as the swf the swf has to read from that txt file and display the moving text. This should be a very simple project please pm price.
