FixMyServer.com (extremely brandable and useable IMHO)
R4M.net (all other extensions taken except for the .info *hint hint*)

FixMyServer... That is very brandable, but you'd have to find a start-up company bc most tech companies already have websites. If you hold on for the right buyer, mid $xxx.

R4m.net I like this name- looks like RAM, however I can't see that great of a resale value. Not sure what sort of site could go on there or how it would generate traffic. Due to it being just 3 char's though, I'd value it high $xx.
