Does anyone here like to exercise? I go to the gym at least four times a week. How about you?

For years in in the early 1980s to the mid 1990s I was a Gym rat.
I loved working out getting cut, I loved free weights, curling, benching pressing, personnel best was 310 lbs.
But then the worst possible thing happened to me in 1997...I discovered the internet :O

Now after 15 years I am fat, lazy and have carpal tunnel :'(

Damn internet!

;)

Haha. I was just the opposite. In high school and college, I only worked out sporadically. I was on the Internet all of the time. Recently, I decided that it was time to stop being a skinny nerd and put on some muscle. i wish that I had started back in junior high; I'd probably be much stronger, bigger, and maybe even a bit taller.

Have you tried P90X?
Its really good. Kicked my ass the first couple of weeks. lost 25 lbs but slowly stop using it again.
I need to go back to it.
Also Creatine is great for building muscle.

I've never tried P90X. I just go to the gym 4 or more days a week, do some calisthenics at home, and hit my heavy bag. I've seen results after six months of working out "religiously".

I've tried creatine, but cut it out because I want to take as few supplements as possible. I still take whey protein to get more protein without having to eat tons of food, but I'm trying to avoid other supplements.

If you do calisthenics at home then I strongly suggest trying P90X.
You will see results much faster and with better and balanced definition.

I never was a big supplement fan, just creatine and protein,
plus more carbs in the morning then protein and more protein then carbs in the evening :)

I think that P90X might interrupt my current gym schedule. it would also require me to buy equipment for use in the home. If I do make my move to Japan next year, I might try it there, but I prefer going to the gym with a consistent regimen.
