In the past year i registered, parked and listed for sale at Sedo the following names as well as some one word and geo .xyz names:

Facest.com
WellAgenda.com
SyncUltra.com
CheckSurveys.com
20bill.com
MundialFinals.com
Hoveringboards.com
TheFishSpa.com
FXontime.com

Do they have any potential to be sold at a decent price or to be sold at all in your opinion?

I haven't received any offers yet and i don't see any activity as they are parked and im a little disappointed..

Also no time to develop them and i just keep them listed for sale.

Should i renew them when they expire?

Thank you for any suggestions

Well, I think you should be pro-active and actually go out looking for buyers for these domains.

Totally agree with Stub.
And we can sell any kind of domain to end users with little hard work and bargain or affordable price.

I hate to be the debbie downer of the bunch, but I can't really think of a logical situation where these would sell to an enduser.

You should definitely reach out to anyone you can find that may be a suitable buyer, but I would 100% save your money when it comes time for renewals.

Good luck!

Out of all of the domains, I only gave HoveringBoards a quick glance, but I own the Back to the Future Blu-Ray set. I'd hold on to that one for novelty purposes, the rest I personally wouldn't have reg'd with a coupon code.

SyncUltra.com

for a data syncing service or software. This I like the most.

TheFishSpa.com

for spa's that use fish for foot cleaning. Don't laugh, there is actually a fish spa service in a nearby mall. Search for it. Has scope.

SyncUltra.com and TheFishSpa.com, both have scope,

I would suggest, specially not to drop SyncUltra.com , build a small site listing data sync services and software or list it at a brandable boutique.

CheckSurveys.com

for check loan site, but still a stretch. not keen on it.

FXontime.com

for forex site, but again not really keen on it.

If you "stick with them" then I suggest dont reg ANY MORE (as if they are the same caliber of the last batch you might as well give me the money) and after 1 year if no offers then let them expire. If you get ANY offers on them I would take it and go to church the next day to say thank you ;)

In other words I feel the names are no good even at reg fee. If you do want to continue in this game spend a good portion of reading and reading and even more reading before you buy your next domain.

In my opinion don't go for renewal.

If there is a fish spa doing business, then try to sell TheFishSpa.com to them.

HoveringBoards.com probably isn't really worth keeping. Michael J. Fox road a "Hover Board" not a "Hovering Board"; and even that was fictitious.

I see no real value in the others.

Should you spend time on them? Take 1 hour online and see if you can identify a company that ought to be using them already. If not, then don't spend another minute on these domains. Pretend they don't exist and let them expire.

When renewal time comes, you would be looking at 9 domains x $9 apiece = $81.

Don't get emotionally attached to your early mistakes. You can spend that $81 on a single much better domain -- one that can actually sell for multiples of that amount.
