You should design in Firefox first and IE after. IE is know for its buggy issues, FF is a complaince browser. Firefox, Opera, Mozilla ect.

I would offer some advice, but the, mark-up is real messy. I see you have tables in there for no reason, which is likley to contribute to the errors your getting.

<br /> is being missued

<div class="clearthis"> </div> <- No need of that, theres easier ways around clearing your floats.

also validate : http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http://www.cheap-florida-holiday.com/

the tables are in there just for the adsense skyscrappers, left and right. only way i knew how to.

Validate your code (at the url cascadingstylz provided), fix the errors, then see what you have. You're using HTML transitional markup on an xhtml strict document - that's not good.

IE is sometimes less forgiving of certain validation errors than Firefox.
