Checkbox help

HI, i have script and im trying to change some checkbox options



&school=y
&transit=y
&park=y
&ocean_view=
&lake_view=
&mountain_view=
&ocean_waterfront=
&lake_waterfront=
&river_waterfront=

to

garage checkbox
Laundry checkbox
Games Room checkbox
Cable TV checkbox
Intenet checkbox
Pool checkbox

whilst deleting the rest of the options.

the script uses three .php files and can be seen here
