Firefox extension round-up

Spaceship Spaceship
Watch
OK so i figured since we all use different Firefox extensions for different reasons, it might be a good idea to post the ones that you use ( - most, if you have many) so we gather somewhat of a "good" collection of them.

I'll start :) If you could follow the format it would make it easier to read :)

Name: Yahoo! Mail Notifier
Description: This extension notifies you when new messages arrive in your Yahoo mailbox.
Compatibility:

Firefox 0.9 - 3.0
Mozilla 1.7 - 1.8
SeaMonkey 1.0 - 1.5.0.a

Name: Adsense Notifier
Description: Displays your Adsense earnings on the status bar.
Compatibility:

Firefox 1.0 - 2.0.0.*

https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/500/

Name: Greasemonkey
Description: Allows you to customize the way a webpage displays using small bits of JavaScript.

I use these:

SwitchProxy Tool
SwitchProxy lets you manage and switch between multiple proxy configurations
quickly and easily.

Gmail Space
This extension allows you to use your Gmail Space (2.5 GB and growing) for file storage. It acts as an online drive, so you can upload files from your hard drive and access them from every Internet capable system. The interface will make your Gmail account look like a FTP host.

Adblock -- I like this :xf.love:
Once installed, it's a snap to filter elements at their source-address.
Just right-click: Adblock: done. Filters use either the wildcard character (*)
or full Regular Expression syntax. Hit the status-element and see what has or
hasn't been blocked.

ColorZilla
Advanced Eyedropper, ColorPicker, Page Zoomer and other colorful goodies. With ColorZilla you can get a color reading from any point in your browser, quickly adjust this color and paste it into another program. You can Zoom the page you are viewing and measure distances between any two points on the page. The built-in palette browser allows choosing colors from pre-defined color sets and saving the most used colors in custom palettes.

MeasureIt
Draw out a ruler to get the pixel width and height of any elements on a webpage.

Along with those already mentioned...

SEOopen is an excellent extension offering a slew of great SEO reference tools with a click of your mouse.

Colorzilla is great for color selection and finetuning site appearance.

And the last I find useful on a daily basis is Linkification to convert plain text links in to hotlinks.

Disabling Javascript could be a bad thingh to do.You will be blcoking many nice features of the site.
That's what's so nice about NoScript, you can turn it on and off with just one or two clicks. By default scripts are blocked, but you can choose whether you want to let a specific site run them temporarily or set a rule to allow it to always run them. This way you get to decide on a site by site basis.
