As a domain appraiser myself, the domain does not have value in my opinion but feel free to tell me otherwise if you think so.
What I'm really interested in is my idea with the domain.
One of the biggest problems with entrepreneurs is trying to find a niche that has a problem that they can solve. Even bigger is the fear of rejection of calling random people trying to find their needs.
I'm thinking of making a video site to help solve this problem using this domain name. It's a place they can go to for 'Finding Needs' from businesses by watching the videos and being able to contact the owners (who in the video themselves said they are okay with being contacted), thus removing the fear of rejection and speeding the process of finding a need/pain point in a niche.
I've talked to some entrepreneurs already, and they would pay for a service that did this so long as the interviews were done correctly and actually identified pain points and new fresh content was added monthly and enough videos existed.
