Hello. Is there ANY way for a bot or website-scouring program to find files or dirs that are not linked to?

I'm trying to decide if I should disable directory indexing for some dirs, but I want to be able to hop into them via browsers, and look at my files without having to use FTP, etc.

Hmm, okay... not sure exactly what you mean by "and links found on your folder not linked to index file"...

Basically, if I create a new folder somewhere (with no pages in it, just a bunch of zip files) can it technically be found? (both the folder and the files within it)

yes, run that tool on that folder.
if you have uploaded those .zip files in your folder, and have not linked to it on index file it can also be found out by that tool.
