i'm a filmmaker and can understand how this can be used in two different ways. as film setting it can mean the arrangement on a film set. as filmsetting, it refers to the work that a filmsetter does (as typesetting is what a typesetter does) and this term is a bit outdated. filmsetters.com is still available to reg and is likely just as valuable as a film industry term.
i appraise your domain to be worth high $$ if you're selling name only.

I'm a filmmaker too (a 'student' film maker, as my professor keeps reminding me), so I agree with what abcd said. I would market it with the first meaning, i.e., film setting = setting/arrangement/environment of a film
