All I can say is that the value of .IN domains among domainers is always ridiculously low. My experience with end users is confined to a few offers no higher than mid $xxx -- all rejected. So I can't speak with authority on the retail market for .IN, simply because I personally have so little evidence of its existence.

I've had surprisingly little luck selling my .IN domains. But I've done no active outreach. So if you do end up with a sale or with significant offers, let me know. I'm very curious about the .IN market and try to keep my ear to the ground to hear those distant rumblings.

U may also check for the fb pages/groups related to film production/ institutes etc....n could post in there for better results!!
But, IMO.... .IN is just a bad investment (for now!!), unless its a single keyword (that too hardly sells and for chillar amount!!).
