Your hosting website looks different, that's for sure. But I wouldn't exactly say it is to my tastes. Your header is small and seems to be faded into grey. Not sure why you would want to do that. You want to look freaky, not boring and dull.

To be honest, the design looks unprofessional. The dark red, going to yellow just doesn't have flow through your site. It is very "static" (the design) if I may say so. The borders (black) are far too thick and the corners for the inner little blocks are far too round.

Your header looks pixellated and so does live support and the large text down the bottom. In my opinion you need some work on your design. Especially in the competitive market you are about to buy into.

Hope some of this helps. Good luck. :)

It looks completely unprofessional, thats all I have to say. You should really consider getting a better design than that.

Hey jackass I'm not looking for criticism unless you have a suggestion to go along with it. Do you think it looks unprofessional for a reason or are you just trying to increase your post count?

I think so you must go for a professional redesign .. The colours you are having in your design does'nt look formal and don't even match the taste ..You can change a better professional logo and i don't think so i have to describe about a professional logo .. You yourself can judge it .. Hope this will help you out

Thanks jacklin I wasn't really going for formal the domain is file"freaks" I did design the entire website from the ground up so I am going to continue designing it all myself.

Was it that the logo is to small? Or is it just the yellow?

Its not just because of colour but you can try it with some different and nice fonts as nowadays too many great fonts are available ..
Just try to give your logo a freaky look so that it will represent your domain too as logo and designing is the main part of website

Yea I just didn't want to run the risk of looking to freaky We cater mainly to small business's and wanted it to be user friendly on folks who don't use the web all to much.

The "freak" bit is because were obsessed with perfection not "freaks" ya know what I mean?

Yes i know what you mean but still you can go for a formal and professional logo if you don't like a freaky one as you think being more freaky can spoil your business ..
Well last decision always goes to the owner so best of luck with everything :)
Thanks
Jacklin

I'm sorry but I have to say that you should change your design...completely!It doesn't look professional. There are great designs for web hosting companies and you can get them for $30-50! Just invest some time to find them!

Invest some time? I hand coded everything from the ground up.

What the hell happened to people forming a real opinion on something and discussing it not just dissing it

Design: 4/10
Style: 5/10
Seo: 4/10

---pros--
- Site is very well organized. This Helps the user navigate well
- I love the idea of 24 love support.. This is a great way to grasp new customers.
-Love the domain

--cons--
- The column headers and the page header all share the same style. Mix things up a bit.. It just seems too crowded and doesnt quite say "Hey... look over here" if you know what I mean.
- The images may drag some search engines away. Try to use as little images as possible. It could also stop users with slower connections from viewing your site.

--- overview---

The ease of the internet has allowed many norm users to create and and operate a hosting business. Try to do something else then everyone, maybe break the ice by focusing on a specific niche..

Nice job.. keep up the good work...

I must say I do see a significant improvement from the first design I viewed. However, this time I feel it isn't as colourful as it could be. All shades of grey except for the header (which is again better than your previous).

I think the upper tabs should be turned into plain text with a tab background (and a rollover to help). They just don't seem to fit with the same text as your header.

Other then that, I feel your design had improved and doesn't hurt my eyes anymore. :)
