Based on my personal experience... it takes a special .biz name to make the cut. Although you have a short word paired with this particular extension, I don't see any value due to the past tense nature of the word. The .com for this name isn't even developed and is for sale for $800!

Based on that I'd say reg.fee-$16.50 for filed.biz
