Not sure what happened, my uncle was using my mom's laptop
and said it "just stopped working" now all files are changed to .lnk
and when I try to open any of them, even the browser
the media player opens and says it can't play it...
anyone know how to resolve this - I googled it and tried the registry fix
it didn't work!
All it did was try to go back to a restore point, said it was updating
and will restart, then shutdown and I cannot turn it back on - sigh -
