Go back to early Flippa website sales and some of them are a parking page a few now in domain available status. Bidding on just a 3 month spike in revenue is risky at best.

I was also following that auction. Didn't seem to get the $300,000 sale. It was $80,000 till the last day which was somehow comprehensible. I had a private chat with the developer but still wasn't satisfied with his response. It was like he was hiding something! All of his answers to my questions were vague.

Anyways, he got a great deal. Good for him!
