Great, Thank you for your comment ,although ,there is many Fifa Community websites like Fifahub and similar websites that had no Trademark Issues .

Well ,As I mentioned ,many community websites contain the word fifa in their domains ,and they have been running for years now with no issues.

A few things:
1. Fifahub goes to a blank page...so that's not exactly a good example on your part.
2. Just because someone hasn't been sued or UDRP'd yet doesn't mean it can't happen. In fact, this has happened in the past, where one group of management took a relaxed approach to their trademark...then they get a new set of management and bam...they start going after everyone. Who would want to risk that? No professional domainer, that's for sure.
3. If you aren't familiar with UDRP rules, it's worth a read. One of the 'prongs' or tests when filing a UDRP is is the name confusing similar to the trademark. If it was FifaFanDiscussion, they would probably be okay if they just discussed it unofficially as fans...but your name FifaHQ, aka HeadQuarters, makes it sound official. They could easily argue that a reasonable person would mistakenly believe it is an official site.

so that makes it ok because they haven't been caught yet?? They are all breaking the law, just do the right thing and get rid of it...squatting is frowned upon in this industry.

HQ can mean Head Quarters = Official. So this is extremely bad TM problem in my opinion. I would delete of try to get your money back if you just bought it. Good Luck
