Selling 2 soccer websites that I've been neglecting for a while. The reasons are I'm busy running almost 30 websites and also spring cleaning because I'm moving to 2 new dedicated servers.

1. EPLforum.com (PR4)
- had intended it to be an English football forum, i.e. English Premier League Forum hence EPLforum.com. The site is pure HTML and it's receiving automatic newsfeed from Google. I'll teach you how do setup the free RSS newsfeeds. Please ignore the forum as I've never done anything apart from setting it up. Was planning to add soccer wallpapers, videos from YouTube, etc.

The strength of this website is in its premium domain name. Ranked #19 of 21,600,000 for "epl" (26,310 OVT in April). The number of unique visitors per month and Adsense earnings (i.e. excluding affiliate & Chitika) for the last 5 months are listed below:

That's strange. I didn't know that PR is being updated.

Anyway, the drop in PR (if any) will have already been reflected in the search rankings. So if you're comfortable with last month's performance, this shouldn't have any impact at all.

As any seasoned webmaster will tell you, although PR is updated approx. 3-monthly, the rankings in seach results is continously updated, i.e. PR is lagging the SERPs.

This is based on my experience of having run a popular pagerank prediction website in the past - futurepagerank.net.
