Selling 2 soccer websites that I've been neglecting for a while. The reasons are I'm busy running almost 30 websites and also spring cleaning because I'm moving to 2 new dedicated servers.

1. EPLforum.com (PR4)
- had intended it to be an English football forum, i.e. English Premier League Forum hence EPLforum.com. The site is pure HTML and it's receiving automatic newsfeed from Google. I'll teach you how do setup the free RSS newsfeeds. Please ignore the forum as I've never done anything apart from setting it up. Was planning to add soccer wallpapers, videos from YouTube, etc.

The strength of this website is in its premium domain name. Ranked #19 of 21,600,000 for "epl" (26,310 OVT in April). The number of unique visitors per month and Adsense earnings (i.e. excluding affiliate & Chitika) for the last 5 months are listed below:

Thanks for the bid, condemons. However, the bids still have not met my reserve price of $450.

First 4 days earnings in June - Fifa ($9.59) & EPL ($4.70).
That's a combined average of $3.57/day or $107.10/mth.
And basing that on the usual 12 months earnings, the 2 sites would cost $1285.20, excluding the included domain names.

You know better than try to extrapolate out four days of earnings to get a price. If you want to go that route, I have a site that made $300 the first two weeks of May, giving me a 12 month earnings/price of $7,200. Hasn't made a penny since.

If I had based on the extrapolated figures, then wouldn't my reserve be at least $1,200 instead of $450?

Using the last month's combined earnings (as is the usual practice here) of $49.36, that would make this site worth $592.

Only the RSS news is automatic. The rest is pure html, so yes, you have to add manually.

But I won't be surprised if there are automatic feeds out there for results, etc. - EPLforum.com is getting match results & league standings automatically from statmail uk.
