I am selling http://ffcrazy.com a new final fantasy fansite since I have no time to update and it has so little content. The layout alone cost $80, so I am looking to get around that much for domain with coded template (PSD files will be included) and all content that is there (affiliation, contact, ff 7 animated gifs, and ff 7 lyrics pages). Domain is registered at domainsite.com and doesn't recieve much traffic (1-4 visitors a day).

Is it coded into php includes? I really would just like to open a certain file to change the header links (for example), instead of going through each individual file.

It is a great template/layout you have , shame it does not have much content... But then againsthe layout/template is worth $80...
