This is a good name, for a few reasons:
short = 4 letters is ALMOST as short and snappy as you can get, in a name that sounds like it's a word. 4-letter 'coined words' definitely worth more than 4-letter random letters (unless those letters are an anagram for some large corporation/group/process/tech, etc.
sound = sounds great; it's a neat-sounding word, rather than, say, fuzp or qmip
brandable = no trademarks on it
meaning = this is the BIGGEST thing is has going for it: it sounds identical to 'fees'. Very brandable as a name for any site dealing with fees - ticket sales, taxes, lading bills/forms, exchange rates, money exchanges, etc. You can tell how valuable any 'fee' site is, by seeing that feez.com is already taken across the board of tld's.
Developed, or marketed, in this way... I think you have a much stronger name than at first glance. Very much a 'flew under the radar' name, to me. Wish I'd thought of it first

Because of this, difficult to value. This is a name I'd park at Sedo under the 'business - money' category, just to see if there's any interest that way. I think you'd get decent visits and an offer.
I won't give you my reseller's estimate on this name, I think it's stronger than that - not keyword-wise, but coined-word wise - but I'd plonk it on Sedo with a minimum bid of (an optimistic) 1,000 and see what happens. You can always lower that bid if no interest, or raise it if mucho traffico.
Good luck
